BetVictor Poker yesterday launched the BetVictor Club, a new poker community feature which offers a free play league with real cash prizes, members only free-rolls and money added tournaments.
Andy Horne, BetVictor Head of Poker, commented, ?With The BetVictor Club we wanted to bring poker back to the people, make it fun again but keep the competitive edge. So we devised the Club to bring poker back to the community and the community element back to poker.?
A key element of the new community is The Quiz which all members must pass to be eligible to play in the BetVictor Club Free Play League. In order to join the BetVictor Club, players simply download the poker software, create a profile, take The Quiz and pass with an 80 percent score or more.
Before taking The Quiz players can review five tutorials to help them pass including multi-table and single-table tournaments, the differences between cash games and tournaments and finally, bankroll management.
Club members can then join the free play league and members only tournaments with over ?10,000 in cash prizes each month and talk all things poker on the BetVictor Club forum.
