IP address range for pop3.live.com and smtp.live.com for configuration on Microsoft Office Outlook 2010

Hi

I am trying to configure my network firewall to allow traffic from pop3.live.com and smtp.live.com based on IP address.

However, there is a large range of IP address for pop3.live.com and smtp.live.com and I cannot open the whole range of IP address due to security reasons.

Is there a main or smaller IP address range that can be used to be opened for pop3.live.com and smtp.live.com?
